We are looking forward to staging our comedy show The Pull in St Peter’s GAA club, Dunboyne, Co. Meath, tonight.
The show starts at 8pm and the local club have sold a large number of tickets. However, some will be available on the door.
The Pull tells the story of the fictional Ballybore GAA club that finds itself €1000 in
debt, but reacts as if it’s €1m in the hole.
Can they get themselves sorted?
All will be revealed in Dunboyne tonight.
The Pull is a fund-raiser for clubs and charities. For more information on how you can bring The Pull to your club or charity, email info.
It is family-friendly entertainment, and I understand there will be a considerable cohort of children at tonight’s show. Just make sure they don’t get Tayto at the interval – studies show it takes the average child two hours to eat a bag of Tayto, during which time they will crinkle the bag noisily on 4,342 separate occasions.
Mind you, we are bit close to Tayto Park to be laying down the law on that one. Patrick F, the chairman of Ballybore GAA club, will deal with this matter in the standing orders tonight.
